Life has a way of pressing its weight against us. Some people carry the burden of memories and trauma they wish they could release. Others live under the constant hum of stress that never seems to provide any breaks. And for many, depression becomes a fog that hides the colors of this incredible life. These experiences are deeply human – and they are not signs of weakness. They are signs that you have lived, that you have felt, that you are experiencing.
In moments like these, society often points us toward quick fixes – a pill, a program, a motivational phrase. While those have their place, many people are quietly searching for something more – something that touches the part of themselves that can’t be numbed or medicated.
The Forgotten Power Within
Science tells us that around 95% of our thoughts and actions are shaped by our subconscious mind. That means the patterns that loop in the background – the beliefs you don’t even know you carry most times – quietly dictate how you feel and how you heal emotionally and physically. Stress, trauma, and depression are not just “mental” experiences – they echo through the body, the nervous systems, even your immune system.
What if the key wasn’t about adding something new, but about remembering the power you already carry and reactivating that power?
An Alternative Way to See Yourself
Imagine your mind not as a broken machine that needs fixing, but as an ocean of untapped potential waiting for you to learn how to swim in it. That shift – from seeing yourself as fragile to seeing yourself as powerful – can make the difference between feeling trapped in the weight of the world and realizing you were born with tools to rise above it in awesome ways.
My book was written as a guide into that hidden 95%. Not to give you surface-level tips, but to help you explore the science of how your subconscious mind, your true biology, and even your connection to the larger universe are wired to help you heal on so many levels. It isn’t a “cure,” and it doesn’t pretend to replace professional help. Instead, it offers an alternative doorway – a chance to engage with your mind and body in a way that brings understanding, relief, and sometimes even hope when other paths have felt empty.
Healing is Not Linear
Whether you’ve experienced trauma, live with depression, or are simply worn down by the stress of modern life, healing is rarely a straight line. Some days you rise. Some days you crawl. Some days you feel like nothing is working at all. That’s all okay.
The journey is less about perfection and more about learning to walk with yourself in honesty, compassion, and curiosity. The human spirit is resilient – but resilience doesn’t mean “stronger than everyone else.” It means allowing yourself to bend, to rest, to learn, and to keep moving forward in your own rhythm.
You Are Not Alone
If you’re reading this while carrying something heavy, know that you are not alone. There are countless people who have walked through ‘darkness’ and found their way toward ‘light’, not by following the same path as everyone else, but by finally discovering their own.
This work I’ve put into my book is one way of saying – here is another option – the only one that worked for me. A gentle alternative. A reminder that within you is a power most people never learn to access.
It is not about escaping. It is about remembering and taking back control. Not about denying pain, but about transforming it into something meaningful and with purpose.
* For those ready to explore, The Other 95%: Unleashing the Power You Forgot You Had exists as that reminder – the path to healing may not always be outside of you – it may begin by unlocking what was hidden within you all along.
